Information about our use of cookies
Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our website and also allows us to improve our site. A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that we store on your browser or the hard drive of your computer if you agree. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer's hard drive.
In this policy, “cookies” includes similar technologies such as pixels and local storage. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we use any personal data collected through cookies.
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, we only set cookies that are not strictly necessary with your consent, except where the law lets us set them without it. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies using the banner when you first visit, and change your choice at any time using the ‘Manage cookies’ link in the footer.
We use the following cookies:
Strictly necessary cookies
These are cookies that are required for the operation of our website, for example to keep it secure or to remember your cookie choices. They don’t need your consent.
Analytical/performance cookies
They allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around our website when they are using it. This helps us to improve the way our website works, for example, by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily. On this site we are using Google Analytics, and only if you accept analytics cookies.
Functionality cookies
These are used to recognise you when you return to our website, to personalise our content for you and remember your preferences. We don’t use any functionality cookies at the moment.
The table below explains the cookies we use and why.

We don’t use local storage or pixels.
Please note that third parties (including, for example, providers of external services like web traffic analysis services) may also use cookies, over which we have no control and we cannot accept any liability for the third party’s compliance with its legal obligations. These cookies are likely to be analytical/performance cookies or targeting cookies:
- Google Analytics, as in the table above, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- The spam check on our contact form is run by Cloudflare. It sets no cookies.
- Booking a call takes you to Google Calendar, on Google’s own site, which has its own cookie policy.
You block cookies by activating the setting on your browser that allows you to refuse the setting of all or some cookies. However, if you use your browser settings to block all cookies (including essential cookies) you may not be able to access all or parts of our site.
You can withdraw your consent to non-essential cookies at any time by using the ‘Manage cookies’ link in our footer, and we’ll delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser. You can also delete cookies already stored in your browser.
Except for essential cookies, all cookies will expire after 12 months.
